Step by step
Download the invoice from 1Password
Sign in to the 1Password account that owns the subscription.
Open Billing from the sidebar, then choose View Invoices under Upcoming invoice or open the Invoices tab.
Find the charge and select View Invoice.
Choose Download to save the invoice, or Email to me to receive a copy.

What to do if an invoice is missing
Check whether the subscription was purchased through Apple or Google; store-billed receipts must be retrieved from that store.
Troubleshooting
Common retrieval problems
- A team member lacks owner or billing access.
- An Apple or Google purchase is being searched for on 1Password.com.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Match account or team name, invoice date, subscription term, and total.
- Use the relevant app-store receipt for store-billed subscriptions.
