What the public website may process
- Basic request data handled by the hosting provider, such as IP address, browser, device, requested page, and timestamp.
- Contact details and message content you choose to send by email.
- Contact details and qualification information you submit through the early-access form, such as business size, estimated software-tool count, primary need, and current tracking method.
- Contact details, conversation content, and technical session data you choose to provide through the optional Crisp support chat.
- Aggregate, privacy-oriented website usage data when analytics is enabled.
- Public page, vendor, and offer context attached to an early-access request, so we can understand which invoice workflow brought you to the form. Form answers and contact details are not sent to Google Analytics.
Do not send unredacted invoices, account credentials, or other sensitive records to the public contact address unless Billproof has provided a designated secure workflow.

Service providers
Who processes website information
Billproof uses service providers to host the website, deliver email, operate analytics, and provide optional support messaging. Early-access requests are stored in Crisp as a conversation with the qualification details attached to that visitor session. Google Analytics 4 storage is denied by default. If you select “Allow analytics,” Billproof enables analytics storage for page and event measurement while keeping advertising storage, personalization, and Google Signals disabled. If you select “No thanks,” Google Analytics remains in its limited cookieless mode. Your choice is saved in your browser and can be changed through “Analytics choices” in the footer. With analytics allowed, we also retain public page and offer context in browser-tab session storage across your visit; it expires after inactivity and is cleared when you decline analytics. Invoice-guide links can carry that public context directly to the signup form without analytics storage. Crisp processes support conversations and uses functional session data to keep the chat available across pages and visits. Billproof does not automatically send Crisp a visitor's identity, use Crisp for advertising, or add tracking segments through its website integration. Providers process information on Billproof's behalf under their own security and privacy terms. Billproof does not sell public-site visitor information or use third-party advertising pixels.
Retention
How long information is kept
Hosting and security logs are retained according to provider settings. Email and support conversations and early-access requests are kept only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, respond, maintain the relationship, document a correction, prevent misuse, or meet legal obligations. Data may be processed in countries where Billproof's providers operate.

Access, correction, or deletion
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information Billproof holds about you. To make a request, email hello@billproof.io. Billproof may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Updates to this notice
The effective date will change when this notice is materially updated. Product-specific data practices will be documented before invoice ingestion opens to founding users.
