Using the site
Acceptance and permitted use
By using the site, you agree to these terms. You may read, link to, and reasonably retrieve the public knowledge base and JSON registry for lawful purposes. Do not disrupt the site, bypass access controls, misrepresent Billproof data, or use the service to violate another party's rights.
Informational resource
Vendor information can change.
Billproof researches official vendor documentation and publishes verification dates, but vendor interfaces, roles, billing policies, and APIs can change without notice. The site is an informational reference, not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Verify a workflow against the linked official source before relying on it.
Third parties
Vendor names and external links
Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A vendor's inclusion does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation. External sites are controlled by their operators, and Billproof is not responsible for their availability or content.
Availability
No warranty or uninterrupted-service promise
The public site is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Billproof does not warrant that every record is complete, error-free, or continuously available. Early-access features may change, fail, or be withdrawn while they are being validated.
Responsibility
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Billproof is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public site or reliance on its information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Questions and changes
Contact and updates
Billproof may update these terms as the public dataset and early-access product evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date. Questions can be sent tohello@billproof.io.
