Download the invoice from Cloudflare

Sign in to Cloudflare and select the account that owns the paid service.

Open Billing and choose Invoices and documents.

Locate the invoice by number and billing date.

Troubleshooting
Common retrieval problems
- The user is viewing the zone rather than the account-level Billing area.
- The expected invoice predates the history retained in the dashboard.
- Enterprise invoices follow a separate accounting workflow.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Match the invoice number, account name, billing date, currency, and total.
- When an account has both monthly and annual cycles, reconcile each invoice to the corresponding purchase or renewal date.
