Download the invoice from DNSimple
Use the account switcher to select the correct account.
Open the gear icon beside its name and choose Billing and plans.
Find the Invoices section.
Download the latest invoice or select the all-invoices view to locate earlier records.

What to do if an invoice is missing
Check the account notification email, which receives invoices by default. Some plans can use a separate billing contact.
Troubleshooting
Common retrieval problems
- Estimated amount due describes the next expected charge, not an already issued invoice.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Identify whether the payment covers the subscription, a domain or another purchase before allocating it.
