Step by step
Download the invoice from IBM Cloud
Sign in to the IBM Cloud account responsible for the services.
Open Manage → Billing and usage → Invoices.
Select Download beside the record and choose a format.
If redirected to IBM Invoices, use the invoice's Actions menu to download the document.

Confirm account permissions and whether the account uses IBM Invoices. Lite accounts have no charge-based invoices.

Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Compare the same billing month and full organization scope; keep the detailed document for itemized reconciliation.
