How to find and download IDrive invoices

Find your IDrive invoice through My Account → Billing Information. Select the Paid link beside the billing date to view that transaction's invoice.

Download the invoice from IDrive

  1. Sign in to IDrive and select your username.

  2. Open My Account, then Billing Information.

  3. Select the Paid link beside the billing date to view that transaction's invoice.

Match the invoice to a card or bank charge

  • Compare the document date, amount, and currency with the IDrive charge. Check payment status separately from the invoice issue date.
