Step by step
Download the invoice from Namecheap
Sign in and choose Billing under the Profile menu.
In History, select View All beside Orders.
Filter by date, product, domain or order ID and open the matching order.
Choose Download PDF, Print or Resend Receipt.

For Apps-service purchases, downloadable order receipts may be unavailable; request the document from Namecheap Billing.

- Orders and Transactions are separate views; the transaction view helps identify the payment method and associated order.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Match the domain or service, duration and order ID to the payment rather than relying only on the vendor name.
