Step by step
Download the invoice from OVHcloud
Sign in to the OVHcloud Control Panel as the service's billing contact.
Select your name at the top right, then My bills.
Find the bill using its reference, order number or issue date.
Open the three-dot menu and choose See PDF version to download it.

Search the billing email for the invoice link and confirm you are the service's billing contact.

Common retrieval problems
- Batch-action CSV or PDF exports are invoice summaries; use the individual bill when you need its full document.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Check the reference, tax-inclusive total, balance and Paid/Unpaid status.
