How to find and download Redis Cloud invoices

In Billing & Payments, choose an invoice in Billing History and use its download icon.

Step by step

Download the invoice from Redis Cloud

  1. Open Billing & Payments in the Redis Cloud console.

  2. Select Billing History and locate the invoice.

  3. Use the Download invoice icon beside the amount to save the PDF.

Check the paying account and ask a billing administrator for help if the record is unavailable.

Common retrieval problems

  • The CSV cost report is a separate usage breakdown, not the invoice PDF.

Reconciliation

Match the invoice to a card or bank charge

  • Match the reference, date and total; retain cost reports separately for allocation.
