Questions before early access
Can Google Workspace show every SaaS account an employee has?
No. Workspace can provide useful identity and application-grant evidence, but direct logins, non-Google identities, invitations, and some historical activity can remain outside that view.
Does Billproof automatically remove employee access?
Not in the planned first release. Billproof starts with read-only discovery, evidence, and a reviewable checklist so an authorized administrator remains in control of each action.
Is this useful before a business has employees?
