Manual billing workflow

How to find and download Notion invoices

In the billed Notion workspace, open Settings → Billing and select View invoice under Invoices. Notion does not currently send invoices by email.

Step by step

Download the invoice from Notion

  1. 01

Sign in to Notion and switch to the workspace that owns the paid plan or credits.

  2. 02

    Open Settings from the sidebar.

  3. 03

    Select Billing.

  4. 04

    Under Invoices, choose View invoice.

  5. 05

Save or print the invoice using the options available in the invoice view.

  6. 06

Check separately for a plan invoice and a Notion credit invoice when both products were purchased.

Missing evidence

What to do if an invoice is missing

Confirm the workspace and owner role. Because Notion does not email invoices, contact Notion support from the app when the Billing view does not show the expected record.

Troubleshooting

Common retrieval problems

  • The user is a member or admin but not a workspace owner.
  • The charge belongs to another Notion workspace.
  • Plan and Notion credit purchases appear as separate invoices.

Reconciliation

Match the invoice to a card or bank charge

  • Match workspace, invoice date, billing interval, currency, and total.
  • Review member changes, plan changes, and Notion credit purchases before treating a second charge as a duplicate.
