Missing evidence
What to do if an invoice is missing
Confirm the workspace and owner access, then check additional billing contacts' email. If the workspace pays by invoice, contact Slack Support when the expected invoice is absent.
Troubleshooting
Common retrieval problems
- The charge belongs to another workspace associated with the same payment method.
- A billing contact can receive statements but cannot manage all billing settings.
- Prorated member changes and Fair Billing credits alter the next statement.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Match the workspace URL shown on the statement, billing month, currency, and total.
- Use the workspace ID or transaction ID and review member-change credits when investigating an unfamiliar amount.
