How to find and download beehiiv invoices

Open Billing & Plan, then Update Billing Info to reach the Stripe portal's Invoice History and download an invoice or receipt.

Step by step

Download the invoice from beehiiv

  1. Open Settings → Billing & Plan.

  2. Under Billing Details, select Update Billing Info.

  3. In Stripe's Invoice History, select the date or icon for the payment.

  4. Choose Download invoice or Download receipt.

What to do if an invoice is missing

Confirm the workspace and administrator access if the portal is unavailable. Wallet transactions for the ad network or paid recommendations are separate from subscription invoices.

  • A wallet transfer should not be reconciled against the platform subscription history.

Match the invoice to a card or bank charge

  • Use the receipt for proof of payment and retain the invoice for its charge details.
