How to find and download Buffer invoices

Choose Plans & Billing from your avatar, then use View beside a charge in Invoices & Receipts.

Step by step

Download the invoice from Buffer

  1. Open the avatar menu at the lower left and choose Plans & Billing.

  2. Scroll to Invoices & Receipts.

  3. Select View next to the charge.

  4. Download the invoice or receipt from the opened payment page.

What to do if an invoice is missing

Check the payment email for its document link. Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google Play use that store's receipt history instead.

  • The route depends on where you purchased the subscription, even if you use Buffer mainly on the web.

Match the invoice to a card or bank charge

  • Match the purchase channel and payment total before assigning a receipt to the expense.
