Open the Canva account or team settings for the paid plan and review Billing & plans; use the available receipt, or retrieve it from the app store that processed the purchase.

Download the invoice from Canva

    Sign in to the Canva account that owns the paid plan.

  2. 02

    Open account or team settings and choose Billing & plans.

  3. 03

    Review payment history for the charge and open the available receipt or invoice.

  4. 04

    If the purchase was made through Apple or Google, retrieve the store receipt instead.
