Download the invoice from Canva
Sign in to the Canva account that owns the paid plan.
Open account or team settings and choose Billing & plans.
Review payment history for the charge and open the available receipt or invoice.
If the purchase was made through Apple or Google, retrieve the store receipt instead.

- The user is signed into a different Canva account or team.
- A mobile-store subscription is being searched for in Canva billing.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Match account or team, purchase date, plan term, and total.
- Use the Apple or Google merchant receipt when that store processed the charge.
