Download the invoice from Creative Market
Open Purchases in the Creative Market account used for the order.
Choose the invoice icon on the purchased product.
For a receipt, add the required details and choose Create Receipt; for an eligible tax invoice, choose GST/VAT Invoice. Both download as PDFs.

What to do if an invoice is missing
A GST/VAT invoice is available only when that tax was paid. A bundle receipt can be opened from one of the bundle's individual products.

Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Compare the document date, amount, and currency with the Creative Market charge. Check payment status separately from the invoice issue date.
