Missing evidence
What to do if an invoice is missing
Confirm the correct account and renewal date and, for an organization, ask an owner to check Billing. Contact Docker Support if an issued renewal or plan-change invoice is absent.
Troubleshooting
Common retrieval problems
- The invoice belongs to a personal account rather than the organization, or vice versa.
- A non-owner cannot view organization billing history.
- Billing information was changed after renewal and does not update an existing invoice.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Match invoice number, account, issue date, currency, total, and amount due.
- Review quantity, unit price, discounts, and renewal cadence before matching a changed amount.
One invoice recovered. How many are still missing?
