Download the invoice from ElevenLabs
Log in to the ElevenLabs account used for payment.
Open the Subscription page and select Billing.
Choose View invoices.
Open the relevant invoice and download the invoice and receipt PDFs.

What to do if an invoice is missing
Search the account email: ElevenLabs sends copies of invoices and receipts there. If neither location contains the payment, ask support using the date and amount.
Troubleshooting
Common retrieval problems
- An email receipt may be filed under the email used for the purchase rather than the address used by your finance team.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Match the paid amount and currency, and save the receipt alongside the invoice as payment evidence.
