How to find and download Gorgias invoices

For direct billing, open Settings → Billing & usage → Payment History and download a PDF. Shopify-billed accounts use Shopify invoices.

Step by step

Download the invoice from Gorgias

  1. Confirm whether Gorgias or Shopify collects the payment.

  2. For direct billing, open Settings → Billing & usage → Payment History.

  3. Choose Download PDF beside the invoice. For Shopify billing, use Shopify admin → Settings → Billing.

  • Match the actual seller and invoice total, retaining Gorgias charge detail for allocation.
