Step by step
Download the invoice from HeyGen
Select the account icon at the bottom left and open Settings.
Open Plan & Billing and select Manage Billing at the top of the plan overview.
Locate the relevant invoice on the Stripe or Chargebee page.
Open the invoice and download the available document.

What to do if an invoice is missing
If Manage Billing is missing after cancellation, ask HeyGen support for the document. Apple subscriptions use Apple's billing system.

Common retrieval problems
- The billing portal is available only with an active subscription.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Confirm that the charge belongs to the web subscription before looking in its payment portal.
