Download the invoice from Hotjar
Sign in to Hotjar as the Account Owner.
Open the profile menu and select Billing.
Select Invoices and locate the billing period.
Click the download icon to save the PDF.

Troubleshooting
Common retrieval problems
- Only the Account Owner can access the Invoices page; receiving billing email does not grant access.
- A browser extension blocks the invoice download window.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Match Hotjar account, billing date, subscribed sites, and total.
- Review Observe and Ask plan changes or prorations when the amount varies.
