Download the invoice from Kajabi
From the dashboard, open Settings → Subscription & Billing.
Select the Billing tab.
Under Invoices, use View beside the past charge to open its document.
Save the opened page to your device if needed.

What to do if an invoice is missing
Ask Kajabi support for invoices older than the ten displayed. Kajabi uses Stripe for subscription invoicing.
Troubleshooting
Common retrieval problems
- Your upcoming bill is shown separately from past invoices; its amount is not evidence of a completed payment.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Match a past invoice's billing date and total rather than the next scheduled bill.
