Manual billing workflow

How to find and download LinkedIn invoices

Use LinkedIn Admin Center: download invoices for sales-assisted contracts, or open Transactions and download a receipt for an online Premium purchase.

Step by step

Download the invoice from LinkedIn

  1. Determine whether the purchase was sales-assisted, online self-serve, Apple, or Google.

  2. For a sales-assisted purchase, sign in to LinkedIn Admin Center and open Contracts and Orders.

  3. Select the relevant contract, find its invoice in the transaction list, and use the download control to save the PDF. Transactions in the left pane shows history across contracts.

  4. For an online Premium purchase, open Premium features > Manage your subscription to reach Admin Center.

  5. Select Transactions, open the transaction menu, and choose Download receipt.

  6. For Apple or Google purchases, retrieve the receipt from the corresponding app-store history.

Missing evidence

What to do if an invoice is missing

First verify the purchase channel. Online purchases may only have receipts, app-store purchases live outside LinkedIn, and sales-assisted invoices require the proper Admin Center contract access; use LinkedIn support if a contract is missing.

Troubleshooting

Common retrieval problems

  • An online Premium purchaser expects an invoice even though LinkedIn provides a receipt.
  • A mobile-store receipt is searched for on LinkedIn.com.
  • The signed-in member did not make the purchase.
  • The billing admin has access to one contract but not the contract tied to the charge.

Reconciliation

Match the invoice to a card or bank charge

  • Match contract or order number before amount when multiple LinkedIn products are used.
  • For sales-assisted contracts, compare the invoice to the quarterly, annual, or up-front billing schedule.
  • For online purchases, use the transaction receipt and purchasing member together as evidence.
