Download the invoice from MailerLite
Select the account associated with the subscription.
Open Account settings and choose Plan and billing.
Switch to Invoices and open the required entry.
Download its PDF for your records.

What to do if an invoice is missing
Ask the account administrator if billing is inaccessible. If you use MailerLite Classic, follow the Classic-specific help rather than assuming the current interface applies.

- Current MailerLite and Classic have separate help paths and may use different billing screens.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Record the account and billed period so mailing-list growth charges can be checked against the right subscription.
