Step by step
Download the invoice from MeisterTask
Open the user-avatar menu and select Account.
Choose Billing in the sidebar and switch to Invoices.
Identify the MeisterTask charge by product and date.
Click its invoice number or charged amount to download the document.

Missing evidence
What to do if an invoice is missing
For an Apple App Store or Google Play purchase, retrieve the document from that store; it will not appear in the normal web billing history.

Common retrieval problems
- MeisterTask and MindMeister can appear in the same account area but have separate product invoices.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Record the product name as well as the date when matching invoices from a shared Meister account.
