Download the invoice from Meta Ads
Open Meta Ads Manager and select the ad account that incurred the spend.
Go to Billing & payments and open Payment activity.
Set the date range and select the transaction or monthly invoice.
Download the available receipt or invoice for that payment setup.

- The wrong ad account or business portfolio is selected.

Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Match ad account ID, transaction ID, payment date, currency, and amount.
- Group threshold charges to the campaign-spend period before reconciling a monthly document.
