Missing evidence
What to do if an invoice is missing
Wait up to 24 hours after the charge, confirm you are an account admin using the browser app, and if the account paid by wire contact the account manager or monday.com support.
Troubleshooting
Common retrieval problems
- The user is not an account admin.
- Billing is being opened from a mobile or desktop app instead of a browser.
- The invoice has not completed its stated 24-hour publishing window.
- A wire-paid invoice is expected to be available through self-service.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Use charge type, invoice total, and invoice date together.
- Allow for a one-day lag between the card charge and portal availability.
- Distinguish a payment receipt from the related tax invoice when storing evidence.
