For a website subscription, look in the email address used to subscribe to Pixlr for the payment receipt. Mobile-app payments are processed by the device's app store.

Step by step

Download the invoice from Pixlr

  1. Identify the email address used for the Pixlr website subscription.

  2. Search that inbox, including spam, for the Pixlr payment receipt.

  3. Retain the receipt corresponding to the paid subscription.

  4. For a mobile-app purchase, use the device's app-store payment history instead.
