Manual billing workflow

How to find and download Proton invoices

On a desktop browser, open Proton account settings → Subscription → Invoices. Choose Download in the invoice's Action menu.

Step by step

Download the invoice from Proton

  1. Sign in to account.proton.me on a desktop and open account settings.

  2. Choose Subscription and scroll to Invoices.

  3. Find the relevant period and open the arrow in the Action column.

  4. Select Download for a PDF, or View to preview it first.

Use the desktop web account: Proton's iOS and Android apps do not manage invoices. Ask support if the record is absent there.

  • An unpaid invoice is not evidence of completed payment.

Match the invoice to a card or bank charge

  • Compare the invoice status, plan, period and discounts with the charge.
