Manual billing workflow

How to find and download Setapp invoices

Open the Receipts page of your Setapp account and choose Download for a processed payment. If the invoice opens in the browser, use Print → Save as PDF.

Step by step

Download the invoice from Setapp

  1. Sign in to your Setapp account and open Receipts.

  2. Find the processed payment and choose Download.

  3. If the document opens in the browser, press Cmd+P and select Save as PDF.

  4. For individual app purchases, also check Payments → Invoice history, where each app is billed separately.

What to do if an invoice is missing

Confirm whether the charge is for Setapp Membership or a separately billed app. Contact support if a downloaded PDF needs billing-detail correction.

Troubleshooting

Common retrieval problems

  • Updating an individual invoice's address or tax information does not apply that change to future invoices.

Reconciliation

Match the invoice to a card or bank charge

  • Keep each separately billed app invoice distinct from the Setapp Membership payment.
