How to find and download Shopify invoices

In Shopify admin, go to Settings > Billing > Past bills, open the bill, and export PDF or CSV.

Download the invoice from Shopify

    Sign in to the Shopify admin for the billed store or organization.

    Open Settings and select Billing.

  3. 03

    Under Past bills, select the bill by date and amount.

    Choose Export bill and select PDF or CSV.

Common retrieval problems

  • The charge belongs to a different store or organization.
  • An app, shipping, or third-party charge is mistaken for the Shopify plan fee.

Reconciliation

Match the invoice to a card or bank charge

  • Match store, bill number, billing period, payment method, and total.
  • Use the detail section to separate subscription, app, shipping, transaction, and tax charges.
