Choose the site associated with the charge and open Billing.
Select Invoices and open the payment you need.
Use Print at the bottom of the invoice; choose your browser's PDF destination to keep a copy.

What to do if an invoice is missing
Check the domain dashboard if the payment is absent from site billing. Squarespace does not email invoices or offer bulk invoice downloads.

Common retrieval problems
- One invoice covers one payment; a different site or domain may hold the missing record.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Record the site or domain alongside the payment date and total before matching the bank charge.
