Download the invoice from Substack
Open account Settings and select the paid publication under Subscriptions.
Choose View beside Billing history, then use the payment's menu to select View invoice.
In the Stripe tab, choose Download invoice to save the PDF.

Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Compare the document date, amount, and currency with the Substack charge. Check payment status separately from the invoice issue date.
