Download the invoice from Superhuman Mail
Open Superhuman Mail using the billed account.
Press Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows and select Billing.
Find and download the required receipt or invoice.
On mobile, sign in to superhuman.com/admin in the device's browser instead.

Common retrieval problems
- Switching to manual invoicing changes how payments are made and is not necessary merely to download an existing receipt.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Separate individual charges from a team's consolidated billing before matching the payment.
