Download the invoice from Synthesia
Sign in to the Synthesia account used for the subscription.
Open Settings → Billing.
Open the billing-details area and find previous invoices.
Select the required record and use its available download or save option; ask support if no document is offered.

What to do if an invoice is missing
Confirm whether the purchase is on a self-serve plan or an Enterprise agreement. Ask the organization's billing administrator for contract invoices.

- Credit-usage quotas are distinct from issued invoices and should not be used as proof of payment.

- Compare the plan and billing period with the charge, especially after an upgrade or plan change.
