Download the invoice from TickTick
On desktop, open the profile menu and Settings → Premium Account.
Choose Order History and confirm the details in Billing Info.
Find the required order and select invoice.
Download or print the invoice PDF.

What to do if an invoice is missing
Apple App Store and Google Play purchases require invoices from those stores. Refunded orders do not support invoice issuance in TickTick's documented workflow.

- The direct-purchase invoice route applies to PayPal and Stripe orders, not every Premium subscription.

Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Identify the payment platform before looking for an invoice, then match the specific order to the charge.
