How to find and download Todoist invoices

For directly billed Todoist Pro, open Settings → Subscription → Go to billing and select a record in Invoice History.

Step by step

Download the invoice from Todoist

  1. Sign in on the Todoist website or desktop app.

  2. Select your avatar → Settings → Subscription.

  3. Choose Go to billing.

  4. Find Invoice History and select the invoice to download a copy.

What to do if an invoice is missing

For an App Store or Google Play purchase, retrieve the receipt from that store. Confirm whether Pro is provided through a Business team.

  • If billing information fails to load, Todoist recommends logging out and back in.

Reconciliation

Match the invoice to a card or bank charge

  • Match the purchase channel and billing period; a store receipt will not appear as a directly billed Todoist invoice.
