Step by step
Download the invoice from Wave
On the web, open the business-name menu and choose Business settings.
Select Manage Subscriptions, then Manage subscription.
Open Billing history to download the receipt.
For a mobile purchase, use Apple Purchase History or Google Play's Budget & history instead.

What to do if an invoice is missing
Determine where the subscription was purchased. Apple can resend a receipt to the store account email; Google Play lets you view the purchase details.

Common retrieval problems
- The subscription receipt is separate from customer invoices or expense receipts stored inside Wave.
Reconciliation
Match the invoice to a card or bank charge
- Record whether the charge was for Pro or Receipts Plan and which business or store account paid it.
