Manual billing workflow

How to find and download Wistia invoices

As the account Owner, open Settings → Billing → Invoices. Open the invoice or receipt, then use its PDF download control.

Step by step

Download the invoice from Wistia

  1. Sign in as the Owner of the billed Wistia account.

  2. Open the profile menu, then Settings → Billing → Invoices.

  3. Choose View invoice or View receipt for the payment you need.

  4. Use the download control in the upper-right corner to save the PDF.

Ask the account Owner to retrieve the document if Billing is unavailable. Access to usage reporting does not establish invoice access.

  • An annual subscription and additional monthly charges can produce different billing records.

Reconciliation

Match the invoice to a card or bank charge

  • Match each issued document to its own charge rather than treating the annual plan price as every month's total.
