How to find and download Wix invoices

Use Billing History in your Wix account to locate charges for Wix services. This is separate from the Wix Invoices tool for billing your own customers.

Step by step

Download the invoice from Wix

  1. Open Billing History in the Wix account that purchased the service.

  2. Narrow the list using date, site, status, or payment-method filters.

  3. Open the charge and use More Actions → Additional information to inspect its details.

  4. Use Export for a CSV list of the selected billing records.

What to do if an invoice is missing

A domain-transfer invoice appears after the transfer completes. Check other sites and the original purchasing account if a charge is missing.

Troubleshooting

Common retrieval problems

  • Services with the same renewal date can share an invoice; expand the additional services. A displayed site can be the site assigned when the invoice was issued.

Reconciliation

Match the invoice to a card or bank charge

  • Match the combined invoice total, rather than one service line, against the payment.
