  • Billproof does not currently connect directly to Microsoft 365.
  • A user must provide the invoice or statement by upload or an enabled email workflow.
  • Microsoft business subscriptions do not provide separate payment receipts; Microsoft recommends matching the invoice to the card statement.
  • Billing roles and invoice layout vary by billing-account type.
