Billproof does not currently offer direct Microsoft 365 invoice retrieval. You can still build a reviewable record by forwarding invoice email or uploading the original document.

Known boundaries
Limitations
- Billproof does not currently connect directly to Microsoft 365.
- A user must provide the invoice or statement by upload or an enabled email workflow.
- Microsoft business subscriptions do not provide separate payment receipts; Microsoft recommends matching the invoice to the card statement.
- Billing roles and invoice layout vary by billing-account type.
