Known boundaries
Limitations
- No direct OpenAI billing connection is available in Billproof.
- ChatGPT and API billing are separate systems and may create separate charges and documents.
- Enterprise API invoices are typically issued within two weeks after the calendar month closes unless the contract differs.
- Self-serve API customers may receive receipts or available invoices for prepaid credits and automatic charges instead of a monthly Enterprise invoice.
- Apple and Google subscriptions must be retrieved from the applicable app store.
