Known boundaries

Limitations

  • No direct QuickBooks Online subscription-billing connection is available in Billproof.
  • The subscription invoice is an Intuit vendor document, not a sales invoice created inside QuickBooks.
  • Official Intuit pages describe different visible-history windows across regions and product interfaces.
  • An Accountant user cannot download a client's billing PDF when the client pays for its own subscription.
  • App-store subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google.
